Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism and Research Integrity
The Tikrit Journal for Computer Science and Mathematics (TJCSM) enforces strict ethical standards and does not tolerate plagiarism, data falsification, fabrication, or duplicate submission. Authors are expected to submit only original work and to provide proper acknowledgment of all sources.

Similarity Screening
To safeguard the integrity of scholarly publishing, all manuscripts submitted to TJCSM undergo plagiarism screening using advanced tools, including AI-powered systems such as Turnitin. Since May 1, 2023, every submission is subject to similarity checking before proceeding to editorial review.

Overlapping and AI-Generated Content
If a manuscript shows excessive textual overlap or contains AI-generated material without appropriate citation, the journal will initiate an investigation. Submissions found to include substantial plagiarism or uncredited AI contributions will be rejected.

Commitment to Ethical Publishing
These measures ensure that TJCSM publishes only authentic and credible research. Authors are encouraged to adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity, contributing responsibly to the advancement of knowledge.
